Mystical Island

The Rules

~And so begins the rules for MI that have been so long-anticipated!  Read them and abide by them and you will do fine on Mystical Island! : ) ~

1) There is absolutely no power-playing.  You cannot say another character did something when they did not in their post, nor can you assume that you seriously injured or killed them without the other RPer's permission.

2) Until further notice, the top amount of characters a person can have is 15.  That number will go down if you do have 15 characters and some become inactive.  This goes for everyone.

3) The minimum amount of sentences for a post is now five, not three.  If you post less than five more than three times, you will be banned for a week.

4) Grammar and spelling (including capitalization) is important!  Failure to do the absolute best you can following these lines results in pissing off the person you're posting with, and possibly getting banned.  Obviously, typos are all right.

5) RESPECT EVERYONE ELSE!  This is a big issue with a lot of boards, and I don't want it to be one for this board.  If you have something rude to say, keep it to yourself!  And yes, if I catch you being rude in any ooc post, you will be banned. Obviously this applies only to the players. Characters can be rude at will.

6) No posting with a character until he/she/it has been accepted.  No exceptions. (excluding Zipper, because she's a moderator)

7) Four specific powers per character!  That's it!  If you want to say they have control of an element, then they can, but only one other power is allowed after that (and only then if they are part elemental, part mage!).

8) All characters must be posted on the joining board.  They need to have the required information before you can post with them (name, gender, race, height, hair/eye color [if picture isn't included], powers, age).

9) Unless you gain permission from me first, no character can be in two places at once.  You must finish a post train with one character if you want to continue with him/her somewhere else.
